By accessing, downloading, installing, or using DRABEMEDIA.COM Products and Services, whether or not you become a registered user (“User”, “You”, “Yourself”, “Your”), You agree to be bound by these Terms, which You acknowledge that You have read and understood.
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms at any time. You must review these Terms at http://www.drabemedia/terms-of-service on a regular basis to keep Yourself informed of any changes.

DRABEMEDIA.COM can not and does not make any guarantees about our ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies.  Nothing on this page, any of our websites, or any of our content is a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings, and we do not offer any legal, medical, tax or other professional advice. Any financial numbers referenced here, or on any of our sites, are illustrative of concepts only and should not be considered average earnings, exact earnings, or promises for actual or future performance. Use caution and always consult your accountant, lawyer or professional advisor before acting on this or any information related to a lifestyle change or your business or finances. You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by your registration here you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for your decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance.

This policies and procedures applies to allDRABEMEDIA.COM products sold on this site or any other site owned byDRABEMEDIA.COM that includes a link to this page.

Returns and Cancellations. We do offer refunds on any of our programs, under specific 
circumstances, depending on the program. Within the first 7 days or prior, after each individuals monthly subscription date, the client can cancel his subscription under the requirement that no work has been done by DRABE MEDIA - for any product. Only then, a full refund can be done. Payment and processing fees are excluded. You must cancel your membership each month by written notice (via email tomatt@drabemedia.com). If packages including a creation process (e.g. store creation) have been purchased, and the creation process already started, only a partial refund can be given. If the creation process has to be done by the client, DRABE MEDIA reserves the right to cancel the subscription with a partial refund if the client does not finish the creation process within 10 days after the meeting with the assigned ad buyer. The ad spend is always excluded from any type of refund and only the program is refundable.
Marketing platforms like Facebook can potentially and temporarily deactivate an ad account. This is out of DRABE MEDIAS power and will not be covered in terms of testing products, nor the subscription itself.

3.1 Subscriptions and Digital Products
Your DRABE MEDIA, LLC. (“Drabe Media llc”) membership will continue month-to-month unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. You must have Internet access and provide us with a current, valid, accepted method of payment to use the Drabe Media, LLC. (“Drabe Media llc”) service. We will bill the monthly membership fee to the payment method used when signing up unless updated or changed by subscriber. You must cancel your membership before it renews each month by written notice (via email tomatt@drabemedia.com) in order to avoid billing of the next month’s membership fees to your Payment Method. If you cancel after the re-bill or cancel early where there is a refund then there will be a $100 refund fee. Including any other commissions paid and other fees that might have incurred. 
Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than twice. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for one specific product, but the money back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than twice.

3.2 Terms of Subscription Renewal
We will continue to bill your Payment Method on a monthly basis for your membership fee until you cancel. To cancel your subscription submit a ticket atmatt@drabemedia.com
Monthly Drabe Media, llc. Subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer notifies the company that they wish to cancel. Please refer to Returns & Subscription Cancellations section of the Terms of Service page.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register with, and as you use, the drabemedia.com Products and Services, and you agree to update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. You agree thatdrabemedia.com may store and use the information you provide for use in maintaining and billing fees to your Account.

You agree thatdrabemedia.com, including but not limited todrabemedia.com Products and Services, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, templates and the scripts and software used to implementdrabemedia.com Products and Services, contains proprietary information and material that is owned bydrabemedia.com and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. 
You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of thedrabemedia.com Products and Services in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of thedrabemedia.com Products and Services may be reproduced in any form or by any means, without expressed written permission fromdrabemedia.com. 
You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on thedrabemedia.com Products and Services in any manner, and you shall not exploit thedrabemedia.com brand in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity. 
Not with standing any other provision of this Agreement,drabemedia.com and its licensors reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to anydrabemedia.com products, content, or other materials comprising a part of thedrabemedia.com brand at any time without notice. In no event willdrabemedia.com be liable for making these changes.drabemedia.com may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain features or portions ofdrabemedia.com services, in any case and without notice or liability.

6. By submitting a testimonial ("review") about our company or services, the client agrees that the content can be used for marketing purposes by Drabe Media. This applies after termination of the client as well.
All copyrights in and todrabemedia.com (including the compilation of content, postings, links to other Internet resources, and descriptions of those resources) and related software are owned bydrabemedia.com and/or its licensors, who reserve all their rights in law and equity. THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR ANY PART OFdrabemedia.com, EXCEPT FOR USE OFdrabemedia.com AS PERMITTED IN THIS AGREEMENT, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND INFRINGES ON THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF OTHERS AND MAY SUBJECT YOU TO CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES, INCLUDING POSSIBLE MONETARY DAMAGES, FOR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.
drabemedia.com, thedrabemedia.com logo, otherdrabemedia.com trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection withdrabemedia.com are trademarks or registered trademarks ofdrabemedia.com in the U.S. and/or other countries. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection withdrabemedia.com Products and Services may be the trademarks of their respective owners. You are granted no right or license with respect to any of the aforesaid trademarks and any use of such trademarks.
